Take and register your BalanceTest

Your own test is the start of your own story. It is done at home, posted, and registered on a separate site.

Have this ready
  • The test kit from your order
  • Postage stamps for the envelope
  • Your phone, to photograph the test ID
Watch out
Photograph the SAVE strip before anything else. Only that test ID opens your result, and the envelope is not prepaid, so it needs stamps.
How to take the test, steps 1 to 3
On zinzinotest.com, Information, How to take the test. Wash your hands, take out the sample card, tear off the SAVE strip and photograph the test ID, then get the blood flowing.
How to take the test, steps 4 to 6
Clean the fingertip, use the lancet, let the drops fall into the circles one at a time. Leave the card flat for at least 10 minutes to dry.
How to take the test, steps 7 and 8
Card into the paper envelope, into the metal bag with the desiccant still inside, close it, into the big envelope. Put stamps on it before it goes in the mailbox.

Register the same day you post it: type the test ID from your SAVE strip and press OK, then fill in the short form. The data is anonymous.

Your result comes in about 10 to 20 days. Re-test after about 120 days to see what changed.
